Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open Velaphi Go and sign in.
- Go to Account → Account settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out.

Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Velaphi Go account and request removal of associated personal data. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what may be retained.
Option 2 — Request by email (without the app)
Email support@velaphi.co.za with subject line Account deletion request. Include the email address or phone number linked to your account so we can verify ownership. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone) and sign-in credentials
- Saved delivery addresses and preference settings
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers tied to your account
What may be retained
Order, payment, and audit records may be retained in anonymised or limited form where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations. Personal identifiers are removed or anonymised where reasonably possible. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
