Where can I download the apps?

Velaphi Go (customers) launches 15 September across south Durban. Launch areas include Lamontville, Montclair, Prospecton, Malukazi, Mobeni, Folweni & Umlazi. Downloads go live on the App Store and Google Play at launch. Velaphi Driver is available for drivers to sign up now.

How do I track my order?

Open Velaphi Go, go to Orders, and tap your current order. You will see the status and where the driver is.

How do I become a restaurant partner?

Sign up in the partner backoffice at backoffice.velaphi.com. From there you can verify your business and manage your menu.

How do I become a Velaphi driver?

Download Velaphi Driver from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up in the app, add your vehicle, and go online when you are ready.

How long does driver verification take?

Usually within 72 hours after you upload all the required documents in the Velaphi Driver app.
